Hair with Care is committed to providing high-quality services to its clients.

In some cases, clients may not be satisfied with the services provided.
Cancellation Fees

If a client cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, Hair with Care reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $30.

If a client fails to attend an appointment without notice, Hair with Care reserves the right to charge the full amount of the appointment.
Refunds

Hair with Care provides no refunds for services provided.

In some cases, Hair with Care may offer a partial refund or credit towards future services.
Exceptions

Hair with Care may offer refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances, such as but not limited to:

Services not performed as agreed.

Services performed in a way that is not satisfactory to the client.

Services that are not suitable for the client's hair type or condition.
Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Refund Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Canada.
