Hair with Care is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients.
This Privacy Policy explains how Hair with Care collects, uses, and discloses personal information.

Definitions

"Hair with Care" means Hair with Care, the salon and its employees, contractors, and agents.
means the person or entity booking an appointment with Hair with Care.
means the hair care services provided by Hair with Care, including but not limited to haircuts, colour, styling, and extensions.

Booking and Cancellation

All appointments must be booked in advance through the Hair with Care website or by phone.
To secure all in-store appointments, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. This deposit ensures that you have reserved a spot in our schedule and allows us to prepare for your visit.
For online appointments, the deposit requirement is based on the services you choose. Please select the services you would like to book online, and the corresponding deposit amount will be displayed.
Clients are responsible for informing Hair with Care of any changes to their appointment, including but not limited to rescheduling or cancellation.
If a client fails to attend an appointment without notice, Hair with Care reserves the right to charge the full amount of the appointment.

Liability

Hair with Care is not liable for any damages or injuries sustained by the client during the provision of services.
Hair with Care is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the provision of services.

Warranties

Hair with Care provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided.
Hair with Care is not responsible for any defects or shortcomings in the services provided.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Canada.
